Spiritual Life coaching is vastly different than traditional therapy, counseling and psychiatry. The coaching process addresses specific personal goals, successes, general conditions and transitions in a client’s personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is currently going on in the clients life, recognizing challenges or obstacles such as limiting beliefs and energetic blocks and plotting a course of action to live life to the fullest.
Life coaching is structured in such a way that fully empowers the client. You have all the answers inside you already, its just a matter of uncovering them through the recognition and examination of your innate strengths. As your coach I will lead you through the process of discovering your highest potential by utilizing my expertise and knowledge of Energy Healing, Spirituality, Mindfulness and Intuition.
