What is Crystal Therapy?
Crystal therapy or crystal healing is a form of vibrational energy medicine. Crystal therapy involves the application of crystals or gemstones to facilitate healing. Crystal therapy is a native healing technique for strengthening the body and resolving issues and patterns using various forms of natural crystals. It is a powerful method of cleansing and transmuting negative energy, clearing and balancing the chakras, emotional release, and bringing light and healing into all the auric bodies.
Gemstones and crystals house spiritual and healing properties that can be tapped into a variety of ways. They can be carried or worn on the person, or placed in a location where their healing vibrations can be felt. They can be placed in a room or area within a house, vehicle, office where you would like to remove and absorb negative energies. Healers also place crystals/stones on their bodies to balance the chakras and aura. Crystals used during Reiki Healing will help the healing and energy balancing. They will speed up the healing process. One of the simplest ways to help balance the whole chakra system is to place a correspoding stone on each chakra. This will give each chakra a boost of its own vibration without altering its energies or the overall harmony of the system. It is believed that the interaction between the stones and chakras will return the chakra into healthy vibration, therefore healing the part of the body affected.
The easiest way to do crystal/gemstone therapy is to wear beads around the neck. Intention strengthens this but is not necessary.
Each type of stone has its own unique talent. Gemstone colors, shapes and textures all have special meanings. crystal elixirs can be made by soaking crystals for a few hours in a glass of water and it transfers the energies into the water and can be taken internally.
